Lost Dog – Small Light Tan Yorkie (Update: Found!)
Today (11/19) Pasha, the family dog at 2740 NE 21st Court, ran away during some landscaping work. Pasha is about 3.5 pounds and is a light tan Yorkie. If you find Pasha, please call Barbara. She is very much missed by the children. Thank you for keeping your eyes open for Pasha.

Quarter 3 – 2012 Real Estate Sales up 31% for Coral Ridge
According to the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors 46 homes sold in Coral Ridge during the 3rd Quarter of 2012, an increase of 31% from the previous quarter. Nine of the sales were distress properties (5 short sales and 3 bank-owned) which accounts for 20% of the total. The distressed property percentage is the same as the previous quarter.
