According to the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors' MLS statistics, there were 13 home sales in Coral Ridge in May 2012. Three sales were considered short sales (pre-foreclosure) and 1 sale was "bank-owned". Of the total, 4 sales were single family waterfront homes with an average sales price of$1,765,000. As far as single family "dry lot" homes, there were 7 sales (2 were short sales and 1 was bank owned). The average sales price was $505,000. There was 1 waterfront condominium (short sale) that sold for $395,000. And, 1 dry lot townhouse sold for $470,000.
