11 Coral Ridge Homes Sold in October 2013

According to the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors 11 homes sold in Coral Ridge during October 2013.  Two of the sales were distressed (either a short sale or Bank-Owned).  Following is a breakdown of the sales:

  • 1 Waterfront Single-Family Home -- Sales Price =$1,460,000 ($264 per square foot)
  • 4 Single Family Non-Waterfront Homes -- Average Sales Price = $569,750 ($234 per square foot)
  • 1 Non-Waterfront Townhome -- Sales Price = $620,000 ($197 per square foot).  The sale was a bank-owned property.
  • 1 Non-Waterfront Condo -- Sales Price = $75,000 ($125 per square foot)
  • 1 Waterfront Townhome -- Sales Price = $780,000 ($324 per square foot)
  • 3 Waterfront Condos -- Average Sales Price = $221,667 ($210 per square foot).  One sale was a short sale.
