Are their benefits to joining the association? What are the dues spent on? It would be nice if the website said something about “why” to join and if the homeowner gets anything by doing so, local discounts or something. And does ownership then bind or restrict the owner in some way?

Can a church be a member of your association ?
According to Article II, Section I of the Bylaws, only residential property owners can be members. However, you are encouraged to come to our meetings to have your voice heard.
