The Association Board Meeting this month is Thursday, August 8, at 7:00 p.m. at the George English Park Community Center. The complete agenda for the meeting is here. The highlights of the agenda include:
- Presentation of the Site Plan for 2650 N. Federal Highway, by Attorney Robert Lochrie on behalf of Chick-Fil-A;
- A decision of the date for the Association Holiday Party and a discussion of the activities and expenses;
- An update regarding the Nominating Committee for the 2014 Board of Governors (the final list is due August 21);
- The Treasurer's Report;
- An update on crime statistics by the Fort Lauderdale Police Department; and
- Committee Reports.

In order to meet the minimum requirements to be on the Association Board of Governors, nominees must be homeowners in Coral Ridge and must have paid their 2013 Association Dues by March 31, 2013.
