Galleria Development Public Meeting

calendar_May_27On Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall (1st Floor Commission Chambers, 100 N. Andrews Avenue, Fort Lauderdale), the City of Fort Lauderdale is hosing a public meeting regarding the Innovative Development (ID) zoning application as it relates to the proposed Galleria ID Community Development project.  The Department of Sustainable Development staff will provide a brief presentation on the technical criteria of the ID Zoning, as well as an overview of the Development Review Committee (DRC) comments. Staff will be available to address public comments and answer questions.  A copy of the City's flyer is here.

Final Galleria Open House, Saturday, May 2

A reminder that the final Galleria Open House is Saturday, May 2 from 10 am to 2 pm.  If you have not been to an open house, please go.  It is important for you to go see a scale model of the project and ask whatever questions you have.  The Open House is in the Galleria Mall Community Room (the back entrance to food court behind Sbarro's Pizza). Once you have reviewed the project, please contact me or any of your Board Members to convey your concerns or support.
