November 2012 Real Estate Sales Results — Coral Ridge

According to the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors 16 homes sold in Coral Ridge during November 2012.  Six of the sales were distressed properties (2 short sales and 4 bank-owned).  Following is a breakdown of the sales:

■ 2 Waterfront Single Family  Homes -- Average Sales Price = $1,272,500
■ 4 Single Family Non-Waterfront Homes -- Average Sales Price = $461,000 (includes 1 short sale)
■ 1 Waterfront Townhome -- Sales Price = $835,000
■ 4 Waterfront Condos -- Average Sales Price = $140,250 (1 short sale, 1 bank-owned)
■ 3 Non-Waterfront Condos  -- Average Sales Price = $79,108 (2 bank-owned)
■ 2 Non-Waterfront Townhomes  -- Average Sales Price = $419,750 (1 bank-owned)
