  • 6 Single Family Non-Waterfront Homes -- Average Sales Price = $475,000 ($241 per square foot)
  • 1 Non-Waterfront Townhome -- Sales Price = $525,000 ($226 per square foot).
  • 2 Non-Waterfront Condos -- Average Sales Price = $90,000 ($91 per square foot)
  • 1 Waterfront Townhome -- Sales Price = $910,000 ($317 per square foot)
  • 2 Waterfront Condos -- Average Sales Price = $324,500 ($354 per square foot)
