After the approval of minutes, Treasurer's Report, and crime update, we will discuss the nominating committee, the change in bylaws, the Neighborhood Community Investment Program (NCIP) Bayview Drive Signage and NE 13th Street projects, storage trailers, NE 26th Street and Middle River Drive pavers, a safety barrier on Bayview Drive, the Annual Christmas Party (December 22), the committee reports, the October 25 General Meeting - Candidates Night, and a thank note from Bob Nichols.
