October 2012 Real Estate Sales Results — Coral Ridge

According to the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors 11 homes sold in Coral Ridge during October 2012.  Two of the sales were distressed properties (1 short sale and 1 bank-owned).  Following is the breakdown of the sales: ■ 0 Waterfront Single Family  Homes
■ 7 Single Family Non-Waterfront Homes -- Average Sales Price = $736,857 (However there was a sale of $1,750,000 that greatly skewed the average higher.  The other 6 sales were all below the average sales price).  The median price was $638,000.
■ 1 Waterfront Townhome (bank owned) -- Sales Price = $510,950
■ 2 Waterfront Condos -- Sales Prices of $849,000 & $172,500
■ 1 Non-Waterfront Condo  -- Sales Price = $199,000
