4th Quarter 2013 Real Estate Results for Coral Ridge

According to the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors 34 homes sold in Coral Ridge during the 4th Quarter of 2013.  Seven of the sales were distressed (either a short sale or Bank-Owned).  Following is a breakdown of the sales:

  • 8 Waterfront Single-Family Homes -- Average Sales Price =$1,175,967 ($398 per square foot).  One of the sales as a short sale.
  • 11 Single Family Non-Waterfront Homes -- Average Sales Price = $559,562 ($237 per square foot).  One of the sales was a short sale and one sale was "bank-owned".
  • 2 Non-Waterfront Townhomes -- Average Sales price =$599,500 ($199 per square foot).  One of the sales was "bank-owned".
  • 4 Non-Waterfront Condos -- Average Sales Price = $82,625 ($129 per square foot).
  • 3 Waterfront Townhomes -- Average Sales Price = $826,667 ($317 per square foot).  One of the sales was "bank-owned".
  • 6 Waterfront Condos -- Average Sales Price = $188,083 ($199 per square foot).   One sale was "bank-owned" and one was a short sale.
