  • 8 Single Family Non-Waterfront Homes (One Short Sale) -- Average Sales Price = $784,375 ($258 per square foot)
  • 1 Non-Waterfront Townhome -- Sales Price = $473,500
  • 2 Non-Waterfront Condos -- Average Sales Price = $107,500 ($147 per square foot)
  • 0 Waterfront Townhomes --
  • 1 Waterfront Condo -- Sales Price = $218,000 ($200 per square foot)
